Moving Toward balance
Equilibrium offers counseling services for individuals, families, and various relationships utilizing methods such as Geek Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapies, including Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide). Mental health concerns addressed include depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, social skills and more.
Clinical Supervision for LPC, MFT, and BC-DMT are also available.

As a CAMS Approved Clinic we are an organization that has implemented and trained its staff in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) framework. This framework is an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to suicide-specific treatment. All of our providers are CAMS-Trained, with several providers having Advanced CAMS training or the distinction of being CAMS-Certified.

Why would one name their practice Equilibrium?
Equilibrium is defined by Merriam-Webster as a state of intellectual or emotional balance. When it comes to mental health one is always trying to find balance: balance between work and home, balance between work and fun, balanced budgets, balanced diet. All aspects of life we are trying to find that balance.
