Aquatic Dance Movement Therapy- This service combines the physical benefits of aquatic physical therapy with the psychotherapy benefits of dance movement therapy & is especially helpful with chronic pain. Sessions are 50 min. ***Only offered in person***
Geek Therapy is for all ages. It combines sci-fi and fantasy characters and concepts the client relates to with CBT, DBT and other approaches to address client needs. Sessions are 30-50 min.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on the development of coping skills targeting solving current problems and changing unhelpful patterns in cognitions (thoughts, beliefs and attitudes), behaviors, and emotional regulation. Sessions are 30-50 min.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) combines standard cognitive behavioral techniques with concepts of distress tolerance, acceptance and mindfullness. Sessions are 30-50 min.
All techniques are delivered from a person centered perspective and can be used for individuals, families, couples and groups.
